The first time I stayed at this hotel, the experience was great! Check-in at the front desk was very fast. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, sound insulation was also very good, the giant screen projection was clear, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the scenery outside the window was amazing. I brought my family to Shi Bing to play and stayed for two nights. The overall feeling was very practical and comfortable. We booked two big bed rooms, the room layout is reasonable, and it will not feel crowded with children. The front desk saw that we had children and took the initiative to give an extra set of toiletries and towels, which was very thoughtful. The sheets and quilts can be seen to be newly changed, smelling no smell, with the children living in particular care about this, here is very good. After checking in, I found that the kettle in the room was a bit problematic. I called the front desk and sent a new one in less than 5 minutes. The response speed was very fast. This is worthy of praise. Sleeping at night is very quiet, not disturbed by the sound of the corridor or other rooms, the family rests well. Parking is also very convenient, there is a private parking lot, not far from the hotel. The front desk service was very good, and told us the precautions to go to the Shanmu River and the delicious food nearby. You can also store your luggage for free.
