"The front desk staff were very welcoming, offering welcome fruit and thoughtfully turning on the room's air conditioning beforehand to cool it down – something many hotels don't do these days. They even provided fruit upon check-out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The room was bright and clean. Although it wasn't a newly renovated hotel, the cleanliness was excellent. And despite being on a higher floor, the shower water pressure was strong and comfortable.
The hotel breakfast had a very diverse selection, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious with fresh ingredients.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"The service was warm, I called early in the morning to ask if there was a parking space, and the parking space was reserved directly. It took more than ten seconds to check in at the store, which was efficient! The front desk staff helped carry the luggage to the room, and turned on the TV channel and air conditioner in advance. Really thoughtful! The room is well decorated and the soft decoration is very novel. Clean and hygienic, the room has a faint fragrance, no pungent feeling, and a very gentle taste. The space is large, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and the down pillows are the same as the Vienna Hotel. Like it!"

"I rarely give hotels bad reviews, but I couldn't help but give one because the room was incredibly noisy. The bathroom was filled with the sound of flushing water, the air conditioner wasn't hot enough and was also very noisy, making for a very unpleasant night. The service was also terrible. Regarding the car service: I carried a large suitcase into the car myself, and when it was time to get out, the driver refused to help at all. It was too difficult for me to carry it alone, so I asked him if he could help me. He rudely told me to get out first, saying, ”How can I carry it if you don't get out?” The worst part is that he stood there for ages seeing I couldn't carry it, but he still didn't let me get out first!"

The front desk lady will send warm mineral water intimately. It is too intimate in winter. Is the bookshelf on the first floor very feeling 😁 The overall feeling is that the boss's business philosophy is in place, and the breakfast is nice?

Service: Let’s not mention the service. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, and there was no phone number that could be contacted in a prominent place at the front desk. Maybe they were new and the staff were not well trained in service!
