After informing the front desk, they helped us search for it twice, totaling nearly an hour. I want to thank the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and Manager Xu and his team from engineering. The engineering department even dismantled the bed the second time they searched but couldn't find it. Eventually, it was found in the drainpipe under the bathroom sink. The staff refused a 200 RMB red packet I offered, so I later ordered six bubble teas for everyone who helped us, and I'd like to express my gratitude again here! **Facilities:** Next, the hotel's design details truly surprised me. There's a pond with koi fish swimming, and two or three clusters of azaleas blooming. The design of this hotel immediately captivated me. Entering the room, it was a spacious 50-60 square meters, with welcome snacks, a minibar, afternoon tea, turndown service with a late-night snack, Le Labo 33 toiletries, custom boat-shaped slippers, a black hotel-branded canvas bag, and even a small wooden prayer bead bracelet. I love Xi Ye, and I loved the two local eateries I tried; it felt like every chef there was a hidden master, with every dish full of deliciousness and surprises. The staff in the hotel were very friendly, the room was very quiet though the soundproofing in the building wasn't that good. The breakfast is average, but the quality was pretty stable. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves typical local food as well as fusion cuisine."
