"The hotel's amenities are pretty great, especially the air conditioning, which works really well. The smart toilet is fantastic, and the XiaoDu voice assistant is a convenient touch. The room itself is spacious and overall very good. However, the housekeeping really fell short. There was hair on the floor, which was disappointing. On a positive note, I got a room upgrade because I registered as a new member. But then, shortly after checking in and taking off my pants to relax, the room was inexplicably opened. Apparently, the front desk had asked housekeeping to remove the sparkling water and another drink from the complimentary mini-bar, stating that because of the room upgrade, these two drinks were no longer included. I was quite speechless. Talk about being petty! The breakfast was acceptable; the meat pies were delicious! One downside is that the rooms facing the street are very noisy at night, and the hallway can also be quite loud, so the soundproofing isn't great."

"Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels and bottled water. The free swimming pool was a pleasant surprise – clean and not too crowded. My only complaint is that the room temperature was a bit high. I'd recommend telling the front desk right away if it's uncomfortable. My bad – I'm a bit shy and thought I could fix it with the in-room control panel, but I ended up waking up in the middle of the night feeling too hot."

"Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang."

"The hotel offers a complimentary business center with a very comfortable environment, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers. It's equipped with computers and even a printer, making it easy to work or print documents on the go. I have to say, the front desk staff are all so enthusiastic and proactive; their service is truly excellent and they provide very comprehensive and detailed recommendations. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic. Weifang Station and the must-visit Taihua commercial district are both within walking distance. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. So, I must say, this hotel scores full marks for its service, location, and facilities."

"The decoration of the hotel is luxurious. It is nice that they have people who help you with luggage. The room is average--not very big, carpeted, and a little humid. The bathroom had a sewer smell that was more apparent once in a while which made it unpleasant to be in the bathroom. We booked a private room for dinner and asked for a menu beforehand but only got the menu as they were serving the first dishes. We also never got a fruit plate at the end of the meal as they had noted on the menu they finally gave us. When checking out, we informed a staff member that we had accidentally broke a cup from the bathroom and the staff seemed more concerned than the item was damaged and asked if we were hurt as more of an afterthought. She also admitted that they were aware that their placement of the cup was precarious in the first place (on a slippery counter), which indicates that they are aware of this danger but have not done anything to mitigate the chances of an accident. For one basic glass cup, we had to pay an additional 60rmb."

"This hotel is particularly reliable for family outings. The bedroom tables, chairs and bathroom facilities are new. The wear degree is very low and the use is great. The community-style courtyard is full of greenery, and the environment is good away from the hustle and bustle of the city. "The hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Weifang train station. From the station entrance, walk to main road, turn left and walk to end. Turn left and you'll see the hotel. There are 2 lifts servicing 16 floors. Breakfast is on 2nd floor, laundry room and gym on 3rd floor. Hotel is clean, cosy and tastefully furnished. Service is good. Dining area is big, and there is a wide spread of food. Coffee, cordial and soya bean from machine. Room is big, bright with big balcony windows, king bed with 4 pillows, 2 bedside tables, plenty of sockets and USB ports. Separate bathroom/toilet. The toilet seat is warm with auto flushing. Towels are clean and good. Also has a round table with 1 chair. Room big and comfortable. Very good value for money, comparable to Hanting hotels. Would stay here again if I come to Weifang. Next to hotel has good and cheap noodle shop."

"I brought my in-laws and kids for a road trip, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, giving us rooms on the same floor. The service was excellent. When the TV remote stopped working, they sent someone up immediately after my call to check it and replace the batteries. This meant the kids could seamlessly continue watching their cartoons, allowing me, the tired mom, to pack in peace. The service attitude was great, the rooms were clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet environment. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished promptly, satisfying both the kids and the elderly. The front desk staff were all attractive, both the men and women. At checkout, they even gave the kids special Weifang kite wind chimes, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend! The hotel is conveniently located near Hele noodles, Sibao beef offal noodles, and a large supermarket. It's also within walking distance of the Kite Museum, and you can even fly kites in the nearby square. The location is perfect for families with kids – highly, highly recommended!"
