From the beginning, I had to clean the dryer myself every time I did laundry, to now... I remember when I first gave you a bad review, I defended you, saying that person was just trying to scam money. My friend's hotel also encountered similar issues. I confronted that man and demanded he pay for the room. You didn't give me a thumbs up; those bad guys shouldn't have gotten away with it. Today I checked out and am now staying at a hotel that costs over 200 yuan a night. There's not much difference, except it's quieter there. The lobby isn't filled with people who aren't guests sitting, sleeping, chatting, or playing. I sincerely hope your management can improve this small issue so that we, the guests who support your hotel, won't be disappointed or upset, and we won't disturb your valuable time. One last small issue is that guests might not be using their own laundry detergent, which is wasteful. You could offer branded laundry powder that only costs a few yuan a bag. If guests don't want to use it, let them. Don't use this cheap laundry detergent; it makes me worried. Will this laundry detergent ruin my clothes? I personally use no laundry powder anymore; I don't want to use that milky white liquid. It makes me wonder if everything your store uses for its customers is this cheap. Are the sheets and duvet covers just washed haphazardly by some small factory? Personally, I'd rather not have anything at all than use such inferior products. I can understand that from your early Blue Moon and Libai brands to this knock-off brand, customers might feel they're not using your store and need several bottles of laundry detergent for a single garment, increasing your monthly expenses. I think even Omo laundry powder is better than this current detergent. I hope you'll see changes next time I visit Xiaogan."
