There were several people at the front desk, and no one was checking in. No one looked up, and no one greeted me. The room was not cleaned properly, and there were things left by guests on the floor. No one took care of my luggage when I checked out. I had to pick up the car, move it, load it, and return it by myself. No one cared about it. The room arranged for me at the front desk was the opposite of the room I asked for when I booked the room. It really exceeded my expectations, the price-performance ratio is really high. I'm a local, and I'm always amazed at how much cheaper hotels are back home. Hotels outside cost 200-300 yuan a night, and the room is only half the size of this one, and it's always run-down. I've never booked a hotel better than this one while traveling so many times, and it's much more expensive. I didn't want to leave. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective at heating; it warmed up very slowly. However, I'm very satisfied with the free room upgrade the hotel gave me 😌 and the projector too!
