"This time I came to Xuwen to play and live in this newly renovated smart hotel. It felt very bright as soon as I entered the room, the floor and sheets were clean, and there was no smell of tide. There are a lot of parking spaces, so don't worry about not stopping. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the curtains have a good shading effect. Check-in at the front desk was very fast, and we didn't wait too long. This is a compliment. From the window, you can see the pier directly. It is very close to the ferry. Not only can the guests go to the sea to catch crabs themselves, we caught a lot of crabs this time, and the children were very happy 🥳. There were only three staff members, even in the kitchen, and they were overwhelmed. The environment wasn't as nice as the pictures. The water was extremely dirty, making it impossible to swim. The parking lot was used as an RV campsite, with very little privacy. There was a construction site nearby, making it very noisy. It was absolutely not worth the price.

Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage.
Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered...
The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰
