"On November 9th, I was rushing to catch a train. At 9:30 AM, I left my room and took the elevator, only to find seven of us trapped inside. The elevator doors were locked, the front desk was unreachable by phone, and my Didi (ride-hailing app) was delayed. After being trapped for over ten minutes, we were told it was overloaded—only seven people? The elevator was clearly marked as having a capacity of 13.
When the elevator finally opened, we were about to miss our train, so we had no choice but to run down from the 6th floor, carrying our 30-pound suitcases. There were only 3-4 people at the front desk on the first floor. Could it be that 3-4 people couldn't answer the phone?
Is this the kind of facility a newly opened Ji Hotel has? This was a terrible stay. It's unimaginable that such a thing could happen at a chain hotel like Ji Hotel."

"To be honest, the location is good, a straight road from the train station, not far, soon to arrive, eating and drinking around is also convenient. Hotel staff service is no problem, staff attitude is good. But the most dissatisfied is that the smell of smoke in the toilet in the room is very big. The door of the aunt's room is not closed. In order to disperse the smell of smoke, I opened the room card and walked to the door to see that the door was open. It was not good. When I entered, the smell of smoke was heavy. It is estimated that more than one of the tenants in front smoked. And afraid that the smoke alarm in the room is pumped in the toilet, resulting in a heavy smell of smoke in the toilet, especially when the toilet door is closed, plus water vapor and humidity, it is almost vomiting. Don't say that it is a special case of individual rooms. We have two rooms in total, different floors, all of which are like this. And this is still such a big taste of the newly opened hotels. I think the hotel has not taken measures for the guests to smoke in the room, which is equivalent to condoning this behavior. I really can't accept it."

Guest UserThis stay at Junhe Hotel exceeded expectations. From hardware facilities to staff services, it is impeccable and must be praised.
Let me talk about room facilities first: the room space is open and there is no depression, very clean, you can sleep well when you lie down; the whole house is fully furnished, with large screen TV, comfortable desk and chair, electronic scale, hair dryer, bathroom dry and wet partition, water pressure is stable, bathing experience is great. The rest environment is quiet and comfortable, and the hardware configuration is completely beyond the level of the hotel at the same price.
Let's talk about the service, the whole staff is gentle and measured. As soon as I entered the front desk, I took the initiative to say hello, handle the procedures efficiently, and also took the initiative to inform the breakfast time and the surrounding eating and traveling route; I needed an extra quilt halfway, and it was delivered a few minutes after contacting the room. The staff was very polite. The cleaning aunt cleans carefully, and will take the initiative to say hello every time she passes by. Any small needs can be solved in time and properly. It is not perfunctory, not neglectful, just right and intimate, and there is no deliberate guest.
High cost performance, comfortable facilities, warm service, preferred travel accommodation Junhe, has been recommended to friends!

春節期間來應城泡温泉，宜尚，漢庭，城市便捷那些酒店都要300+或者350+，覺得性價比不高，搜到了悦美酒店，300不到。來到酒店之後，發現非常好！前台服務態度好！房間乾淨整潔！洗浴用品是丁家宜的，一人一小支，味道好聞！一次性拖鞋和洗浴的拖鞋是分開的，還有一次性毛巾，洗漱杯子是一次性紙杯，太細節了！真正做到了洗浴用品一次性！非常好！商務智能大床房房間很大！雙床房會小一點！我們訂了2間房！但是雙床也很乾凈！
