"Hampton by Hilton Yingtan is a hotel with a lot of heart. From the young man at the front desk to the hotel manager, they handled issues professionally and promptly. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tianhong Shopping Mall and Citizen Square, so dining and shopping are just a few minutes' walk away. Across from Tianhong, there's also a Qingning Night Market. The room window faces the Xinjiang River, offering a wide and open view. The facilities include voice-controlled guest services in the room, so you can turn off lights or turn on the air conditioning with a simple command. The bed is large enough and just the right firmness, perfect for sleeping with a child. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower has strong water pressure and hot water. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and polite; they patiently answered all my questions and even recommended some delicious local restaurants. Seeing that we had a child, they also provided a complimentary children's breakfast. The room was clean, the bedding had no strange odors, and we received welcome fruit. The bathroom counter was sparkling clean, and the shower glass was clear with no water stains. Breakfast is on the 26th floor and includes porridge, milk, and beef bone noodles, which suited both the elderly and children. Check-out was also quick, with no long wait. Overall, staying here with kids during the summer holiday was quite hassle-free. We'll definitely come back next time."

"I chose this hotel because it looked very new and had good reviews. It also looked to be good value. I wasn’t disappointed. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and the room was even better than it looked on the booking site. Impeccably clean, roomy and a nice room layout. A multi connection phone charger is also provided in room. Bathroom was well laid out with a good range of amenities. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and just the right temperature. A nice touch was the biscuits and snacks provided at check-in time. This seemed to cap off what is a very good value for money hotel, that I would happily stay at again. Good location, plenty of food options nearby, and not far from Yingtan Railway station. If you’re looking for a value for money, modern and clean hotel in Yingtan, with top customer service, then I recommend this hotel."
