I was very unhappy before entering the door. The first thing I saw after entering the door was the smile of the proprietress, which healed me instantly! The tone is even more gentle! "Having stayed in a different hotel every day for the past three weeks during my bike tour, I can say this was by far the best hotel. Especially in the bathroom, there's a shower stall, so the rest of the room stays dry.
The amenities are excellent! There's even a scale and a flashlight in the room.
I had originally booked the room without a window. However, upon check-in, I was given a large, bright room at no extra charge. A truly, truly nice gesture! Thank you so much for that! The staff is very friendly and helpful!!!
The breakfast buffet is perfectly adequate in my opinion. There's even a coffee machine, which is almost impossible to find anywhere else (in this part of China).
If I had checked the wind strength and direction in advance, I would have happily stayed at this hotel for several more days.
I highly recommend it!

"The actual big bed room does not match the platform picture. There is a window but it is in the corridor. The pillow towel is a bit moldy. The toilet is still very clean. It is recommended to go to the platform to book the 60-odd bed room 201 window is the street view. It is clean and spacious. It is also very bright. The location is also ten minutes from the train station. There is a hair dryer at the front desk downstairs. The facilities are disposable toothbrushes and shoe covers, and a piece of soap. The two-day weekend just happened to catch up with the store’s children on vacation to help see the store. The service was very thoughtful."

該酒店是柴河月亮灣小鎮的最佳酒店。笑容迎客，笑容服務是該酒店的最大特色。酒店的每位工作人員包括前台、餐廳、客房、安保、樓道碰到的清衞都會笑臉相迎，並主動向住店客人問好。
酒店的裝修在鎮上也是非常不錯了，也是鎮上酒店和民宿中唯一配置電梯的酒店。
客房裝修是温馨簡約的風格，同時配有分體式空調和地暖（我們入住這兩天集中供暖還沒開，因為氣温還不太冷）。
酒店餐廳乾淨整潔，自助餐也不錯。餐廳還提供正餐服務，我們第二天晚餐在酒店餐廳就餐的，價格合算，口味好。
酒店到同心天池景區停車場8分鐘車程，到十大灣景區約半小時車程。
特別表揚前台的劉小姐和其他兩位工作人員，不厭其煩地給我們介紹景區路線，保安主動給我們提行李。餐廳的李姐待客像家人。酒店的服務真誠而貼心。

老闆娘人很和藹，賓館位置很好，在鎮子上看着挺體面的，裝修有點老化，但房間很乾凈，兩米大床三口人睡着鬆快，卧具乾爽舒適，就是花灑太舊了應該換一下，另外頂樓好像有鳥窩，偶爾有動靜。

GGuest User9月底和十一期間到被《中國國家地理》評為可以媲美新疆喀納斯的內蒙古興安盟阿爾山來賞秋，之前的《行程表》安排中並沒有柴河月亮小鎮，後來猶豫再三還是決定在用三天時間遊覽完白狼峯和阿爾山森林公園後，從住宿的阿爾山森林公園天池服務區包車直接出發前往呼倫貝爾下屬的扎蘭屯市柴河小鎮，轉天又沿着蘑阿公路返回了阿爾山市。事實證明蘑阿公路的秋景和柴河的十大灣等景點確實不虛此行而且現在還是免費的景點。住宿就選擇了這家客棧，在柴河小鎮邊上從阿爾山方向過來一進鎮就到了。鎮子不大住宿條件有限也不能過多要求了。

🎀設施：🌟🌟🌟 設施很像老式國營酒店，床頭燈沒有燈泡不過問題不大。
三樓空調房，二樓地暖房，如果怕冷還可以找老闆要電暖器。
🎀洗漱用品：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 浴巾毛巾都有，一次性洗漱用品和洗髮水沐浴液也都有，這點比較不錯。
🎀服務：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟老闆是溫厚老實的人，服務態度親切，入住時交了100元押金還給開了收據，工作態度嚴謹仔細哈哈哈
🎀停車：🌟🌟🌟🌟 酒店後邊有停車院，雖然院子不大但也能停下七八輛suv。
🎀飲食：酒店一樓有餐廳，因為我就住了一天沒在這用餐就不評分了，但至少酒店是有餐廳的，旅遊高峯期找不到飯館的可以在這裏吃。
綜上，酒店在柴河鎮的位置很好找，在主幹道上一拐彎就能看到，而且在小鎮轉了一圈，阿強賓館算是小鎮上規模大的店，比較靠譜兒，強力推薦！
