(*If renters have children under the age of 14, a telephone conversation and an additional liability release waiver will be needed due to the insecure pool.)There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with full AC units. Please turn off all ACs when out for the day. They only take moments to cool the room down upon your return. The 4th bedroom is located in the lower level and only has a portable AC unit. Water has to be put in it to work. Please read the instructions posted to the probable AC units themselves. I have 2 portable AC units in the lower level. Since this is area that people tend to keep the doors open to the pool, I have not installed a wall mounted AC unit. Please know that this lower level room is not as pretty and as comfortable as the upstairs bedrooms. (*No one has complained) In the family room downstairs there is a pullout queen sized couch for extra sleeping. Int he study, there is a futon count for additional sleeping. *Please do NOT sleep on the couches in the formal living room. Please do not sit on any of the inside furniture wet from the pool.
