"One reception has to check in/out, take care of F&B and customer service. Although the check in/out is automated, they need to assist and guests have to wait. One moment claimed your room was ready but turn around, the room was still being cleaned. Seriously need more staffs Fortunately, the room was clean, neat and well organised. So was the passage way where they have a robot vacuum cleaner running round the clock. The laundry is at basement but hotel does not provide or sell detergent, so remember to bring your own as there is no convenient store within walking distance. Hotel has a paid basement car park with plenty of lots"
