The apartment in the back annex of the main house, which is in the second row from the street with a long driveway. Parking for 2 cars. Private entrance, small hall, large kitchen (with sofa for possibly 1 extra person), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the covered terrace you can have wonderful breakfasts and in the evening at the fire place to end the day. Good Morning,Welcome to the apartment Dangasteroase.Our guests can expect an approx. 60 sqm ground floor apartment with a private terrace and a large green area for barbecuing, relaxing and cozy get-togethers. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment also has a parking space in front of the house.The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. In addition, the bathroom was completely renovated in early 2017 and equipped with a walk-in shower. There is also a large living room, which invites you to cook together with a new fitted kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge, among other things. Freezer. There is also a kettle, coffee machine and toaster available. The living room leads directly into the large garden. There is a grill on your own terrace.In addition to a new box spring bed in the bedroom, there is a high quality box spring sofa in the living room with an integrated continuous sleep function for two additional people.For our little guests there is of course a baby bed including pillows and duvet as well as the corresponding covers and a high chair available free of charge.It is a non-smoking and allergy-friendly apartment because there are no carpets.
