"Hotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby.
Rooms are clean and functional, just could have a few extra amenities (slippers, extra towels, bottle water…)
Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but still comfortable night and very hot shower.
Service was excellent with staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating."

"The hotel is right next to the island palace, the location is quite convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station.
The whole center is not big and this kind of small hotel can be found everywhere. It feels more like a homestay. The ordinary room we booked was arranged on the top floor. The elevator couldn't go up and we had to climb the stairs ourselves. The room was very small and the overall facilities were average. Especially there is a door next to the bed that can't be opened, which makes people a little scared... But lying on the bed, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance~
The breakfast is OK, but there are not many types. After all, it is a B&B.
The store clerk is very friendly."

"The hotel is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from Annecy's bus station/train station. It's also within easy reach of the old town and the lake. The entire hotel, from the entrance to the room, exudes an art deco vibe and is quite chic. The room is well-centered, with separate wet and dry areas, which is rare and particularly nice. I hadn't originally planned to have breakfast at the hotel, but that afternoon, my nephew was in a hurry to use the restroom in the restaurant. The waiter treated him so kindly that after using the restroom, he went to the restaurant and asked for some lemonade. He even made him a glass of warm lemonade (hot water + cold water + lemon slices). Anyone who knows how to do this will appreciate it. I was so touched. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel on our last day, and it was quite rich. It will be my first choice next time I visit."

"The hotel is good overall for outdoor activities. It is convenient to have a car by car. The hotel has a charge electricity service. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. If the weather is good, the scenery around the lake is very beautiful."

GGuest UserI'd definitely give this hotel 5 stars. First off, the location is excellent, right next to Annecy train station. The hotel entrance looks like the first picture – we walked all the way around the building before realizing it was right there as you exit the station. It's about a 10-minute walk to Lake Annecy and the Old Town, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The room layout and space are very convenient, with a small kitchen where you can cook. What impressed me the most was on my check-out day. I was supposed to go to Geneva, but because I hadn't bought a ticket in advance, the earliest bus wasn't for several hours. It was raining, cold, and I didn't feel like going out to explore anymore, so we waited in the hotel's lounge area. During that time, we could even enjoy their complimentary coffee and tea. I'm really grateful to the hotel for letting us rest there for so long. If I ever get the chance to visit Annecy again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.
The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks.
The front desk staff were cheerful and kind!
The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

Others are quite satisfactory, the only thing I hope to improve is to increase the brightness of the store signboard at night, otherwise it is really difficult to find.

The hotel can't live in a special multi-person room now for two people. Room facilities are good and quite satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.
