There is a direct exit to summer terrace. 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet as well as storage room are also on the ground floor.Next to the new villa, the perfectly renovated, dalmatian style, stone house is located. It is over 200 years old and it consists of summer kitchen with fridge, ice-machine, barbecue, sofa bed and big oak tree table, perfect for friends get together.Part of the old house is small bathroom, outdoor stone sink and outdoor shower.Enjoy the hot summer days and long and peaceful night in romantically lit swimming-pool with mountain view of Mosor and natural park Biokovo.The swimming-pool of 40 m2 is split in two parts. The smaller part is 8 m2 and it is perfect for children while the larger part for adults offers relaxation with four hydromassage sitting places or you can enjoy backflow swimming.Terrace is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing or you can find shade under the wooden arbour next to the swimming-pool.Under the arbour, you will find wooden garden furniture, sink and large barbecue where you can prepare and eat your favorite dishes.The small village of Zvecanje is situated in the heart of central Dalmatia.
