"Wonderful experience! The location is excellent, being just 3 km away from the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept kids entertained. The dinner and breakfast buffet were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food options. I especially loved the BBQ, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place for families to stay, with great food and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!"

"Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus."

"Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time.
Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁

GGuest UserIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

VVattayaThe cabin itself was nice, and the surrounding pine forest was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cabin wasn't very clean — the pillowcases had stains, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. We booked the executive cabin for three people, but there was barely enough space for our bags. Next time, we’ll definitely go for a bigger room.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would love to come back!

The environment inside the hotel is very comfortable, there are lots of sofas/benches/chairs where we can gather or just enjoy the atmosphere
Breakfast is quite adequate, unfortunately for 2 days, the menu does not change.
Unfortunately the hotel room was not clean, the carpet still had dirt on it, the towels smelled a bit too.
The most disappointing thing is that hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, even though the hotel is located on a plateau, where the weather is quite cold.

I had a great stay here. The hotel offers a stunning view and the weather was just perfect during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities in good condition.
Access to the hotel is generally easy, though the last 1.5 km of the road is a bit rough. It took about 15 minutes to drive through, but it’s manageable and safe even for a sedan car.
One small downside was the window insect net – one side was faulty and the other didn’t have a net at all, so I couldn’t open both windows for cross ventilation without letting insects in. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience.
Overall, a peaceful retreat that’s worth visiting if you’re okay with a slightly bumpy ride at the end.

GGuest UserThis was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great.

Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

GGuest UserEven if the hotel is located in a metropolis, it's pleasant to be in a setting with a different mood from the city's bustle. This place is good for some quiet time. My family of four went for a staycation, and the kids really enjoyed the glamping experience with much of game in playroom. I choose a Svada tent with a beautiful view of the city and mountains, near the trampoline and bonfire. The room is spacious, clean, and the hot water are really hot:)) I'll undoubtedly return there at some point in the future.

IIfah NHotel is uphill so you will be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city noise. Loved the location however it is surrounded with lush greeneries & there will be insects and moths around the hotel. It will nkt be ideal if those who are scared of creepy crawlies. Also downside of the rooms i’ve chosed, there is no lifts but they are super helpful in helping bringing down/ up your luggages. Service is wonderful as we have some issues with the key card room, they are alwaya reachable via whatsapp number. The employees always greet you with smile whenever they passed you around the hotel area.

AAnonymous UserIt was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.
