The apartment includes a habitable and furnished veranda of 13 square meters which is in front of the kitchen-living area (25 m2) where there is a well-equipped cooking area with oven, plate, hobs, sink, chest of drawers and food storage. In the same room there is a refrigerator complete with freezing compartment, a table, 6 chairs, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television as well as a cabinet containing plates, glasses, pots and everything else needed for the kitchen.
