On the ground floor is the modern, extremely well-equipped, kitchen/dining-room with beautiful vaulted ceiling. A bedroom with 3 beds and a modern bathroom with shower is on the second floor. On the third floor is the master bedroom with double bed and stunning views. On the top floor is the bright, sunny living room where the views get even better! One can gaze out at night and see the village of Castel Vittorio seemingly suspended in the air. The living room has a large comfortable sofa .and a smart TV. It has a cathedral ceiling and french doors leading onto two small balconies. The house is very quaint but has all the mod cons for your comfort. The property has rare vehicle access close to the front door for unloading and there is parking 100m away.
