The room is clean, the parking lot is large, the restaurant is nearby, and the supermarket is also 2 places about 10 minutes by car. Good location from national route. When I asked about the nearby supermarket at check-in, I thanked the frontman for his polite explanation 🙏. I had another good memory at the end of the trip 😊. I want to stay again. "I was attending the Setouchi Art Festival and planning to go to Ibuki Island. I originally intended to stay near Kannonji JR station, but I stumbled upon this hotel. The price was reasonable, and it was even closer to the port. A taxi from the station directly to the hotel cost about 1000 yen, which was acceptable considering I had a lot of luggage. However, I saw some negative reviews on other websites from Japanese people, but they couldn't pinpoint any major flaws. Was it dissatisfaction and discrimination against hotels run by Chinese people? Or was the hotel truly outdated and unsightly after changing owners to Chinese? Based on my experience, it seems the former was the main issue. Based on my extensive travel experience in Japan and countless hotel stays, the room price and cleanliness were quite satisfactory. Because of road construction at Takaya Shrine, all buses were suspended, and the owner kindly offered to rent bicycles for free, which was a great help. Public transportation is so infrequent here that it's difficult to find public transport back to the city after photographing the sunset over the Sky Torii gates."
