Miyakojima Hotels with Wifi

"The cleanliness was excellent, as expected from a new facility! It smelled good everywhere. However, the room had a faint body odor-like smell (spicy), which wasn't to my taste, but it wasn't overly unpleasant. As for amenities, there was no cleansing oil or toner, so women should definitely bring their own. I did receive a soap along with a hand cream as a gift. I didn't have time to try the recommended pool, so no comments there. The staff were all very nice! Honestly, though, I felt it was a bit overpriced. I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"The hotel boasts a very convenient location, situated on the busiest street lined with izakayas and shops, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The hotel rooms are simply decorated, clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities. There are shower facilities next to the parking lot, providing toiletries and slippers for those who have just finished swimming at the beach."

"The hotel has a simple design, with each room facing the harbor. Two bottles of mineral water are provided daily, and the trash cans are large – great! There's a microwave and vending machine with ice on the third floor, and they also provide large paper cups for ice, which is wonderful. However, the refrigerator is tiny, only for refrigeration, not freezing. The lack of shelves in the shower is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is very good, with all the food being healthy; my favorite was the island tofu hot soup. There are many restaurants around the hotel. 200 meters ahead is a takeaway charcoal grill skewers shop; a box of four skewers costs an average of 600 NTD and is delicious. 350 meters behind is the nearest FamilyMart to the beach area. It's only a 10-minute drive to Don Quijote or AEON. For breakfast, you can go to the nearby rest stop (3 minutes drive) for noodles or seafood, and you can also buy souvenirs, bento boxes, bread, etc. – excellent amenities."

"Typhoon 🌀 canceled the return flight ✈️ and extended the stay ... I quickly searched for hotels with multiple apps, found this hotel close to Miyako Airport and Donki, and I was able to make a reservation with a first coupon! Check-in is from 3 o'clock, but I was able to enter the room a long time ago saying ”Because it is a typhoon” ❣️ You can park your parking lot free of charge and there is FamilyMart next door. It's like an apartment, so you can go in and out freely. Check-out is only a key to the mailbox. The room is clean and there is no problem. It was a pity that there was no laundry."

"I enjoyed the natural beauty of Miyakojima and Shimojishima Island at Meer Hotel. It was easy to get there from Shimojishima Airport as bus number 9 stops right in front of the accommodation. I could also take bus number 9 to Painagama Beach and Maehama Beach. It was great to cook meals with my family at Meer Hotel, and the towels were changed regularly, which was a nice touch. They even lent us a Wi-Fi device, which was a huge help for our trip. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided lots of helpful information, making for a wonderful week. I'd love to visit Miyakojima again and this is definitely a hotel I'd return to. Thank you so much! P.S. If you go behind the accommodation at night, you can see the stars. There are many palm trees right next to the hotel, giving it a real tropical feel. Don Quijote, a local produce market, Aeon Drugstore, and Aeon (Maxvalu) supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk, making it the perfect location for a trip."

"I was very pleased with the friendly service at check-in and check-out! It was close to the beach, so I could walk to snorkeling. While it wasn't a busy area, there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so I had no issues during my stay. The room was in decent condition. There was a separate laundry room and I could pay via app, which was very convenient. I also liked that they provided free ice! I didn't go in the pool, but it looked fun with the exciting music and lights! Thanks to them, I had a great trip!!"

"Watermark was a perfect location for us on a couple’s getaway. Since we were flying into Shimojishima airport and rented a car, we found it to be a very convenient location—only a six minute drive away. Although we could see the runway in the distance, we hardly noticed the noise of air traffic. On top of that, we enjoyed that it was in a remote area and not in the middle of town (like Miyakojima) or in the midst of a major resort area (like Shigira). We didn’t mind exchanging more driving time for more serenity. I could go on about the location but if you are looking for a quiet place on the water, I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were always polite, which is expected in Japan, but there was also a kind of relaxed warmth that I haven’t always felt from staff in other Japanese hotels. The facilities also struck a perfect balance for us. Not garish, not too plain; just enough island flavor but not too much. I was refreshed every time I walked through the lobby. The breakfast buffet area was clean, fairly well organized and offered a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed our breakfast times daily. We used the laundry facilities and found the machines easy to use—glad to have had this option. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from both our room balcony and the rooftop pool. We loved our room. It was simple but had everything we we wanted, including a balcony. If you’ve ever seen a modern Japanese one room apartment, it feels much the same, without the gas range. It was perfect for our stay."

"1. There is no reception, so you have to solve it by phone when you have a problem. Check-in is also a pad, but the Internet is not good, so it is slow and inconvenient 2. Structure and cleanliness • It's hot because it's in the form of a container, but the air conditioner has one wall hanger, so the bed is hot. (The structure is ㄱ, so the bed should be seen) I think I need two wall hangers. • Bed is low-class + very narrow surrounding space • Cleanliness is very clean But it's natural, so if you're not like insects, you're scared to meet a lizard in the room as soon as you open the door. *There are many toads on the lawn, so our children watched it jamily. • Hot water doesn't come out. (Warm water comes out) • There is a dining table outside, and there is a very sticky plastic on it (cleanness - 1 reason) 3. Service I can't say service because there are no people. When you call when you have a problem, do your best to respond 4. Location Not bad if you rent. 10 minutes drive from the city center Chongpyeong If you think of camping, you're satisfied + luxurious camping. It's as cheap as the hotel accommodation. There's an electric barbecue grill right in front of you, and there's a bathtub, so it's romantic."
