Renovated in 2024, the Vinorva Maldives offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Villingili. From the hotel, Velana International Airport is just 5km away. With multiple attractions nearby including Outdoor Exercise Park, Masjid-Al-Birri and Park, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
"This hotel is on a small island near the city of Male. The map of this island shows Villingili, which is called Vilingmale by locals. It is the same place. The hotel is very clean and the front desk lady is very considerate.
After leaving the airport, take a taxi for 6 US dollars to the pier of this island, and then buy a boat ticket for less than 1 US dollar. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the island. After leaving the pier, walk 2 minutes to the hotel. It seems that you can also take a ferry from the airport to Male, and then take a ferry from Male to this island. But I haven't done this, I took a taxi.
This island is very quiet, there are no cars parked on the roadside, but no one is driving. The movement on the island is basically electric vehicles, bicycles, and walking. There are all kinds of facilities on the island, and young people basically work in the city of Male. It is very suitable to find a quiet place and observe the life of people."
