"Extended my stay. Reasonably priced hotel and on the whole, it is a good place to be. Location was very good in terms of getting to food outlets. There are so much food choices nearby! But the location is so ideal by public transportation to and from other parts of KL. Its location is a 3-4 depending on what you are looking for. Hotel was generally clean, water was refillable and appliances such as the heater, aircon, hairdryer were working except for the safe. There was no swimming pool or gym, I suppose that is expected at the price point. But the TV offerings was above expectations with some football. The toilet tiles could do with a scrubbing. Would stay there again if in the area."

"Had a staycation with my family. It was an OK experience. We got a room at the other building called the Suites Tower. It felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel. The overall feeling is that it's quite old. The beds were nice and comfy. Internet was good. Due to its size, I can imagine how hard it is for the staff to maintain. For example, there's a dry toothpaste on the side of the bathtub. One of the remotes also ran out of batteries. The aircond is not quiet. In addition, the breakfast was average for the combo price. The water pressure at the bathtub was also really slow, while the other bathroom had the strong one. If you are picky, there's a lot to pick on. Outside the hotel buildings, it's littered with road cones. If you take the wrong exit from parking, you have to go straight to the main road, no turning back into the main hotel lobby - a pain if you're checking out. Parking is also RM5 per day where you have to call frontdesk to validate. If you're lucky to get the limited car parks on the ground floor, then it's free. Location wise, you're close to Bangi's good parts. Also close to IOI City Mall. On Google Maps, it's listed as a five star hotel. I don't think I can agree with this. I'd say it's only really worth it through promos and discounts. I can't imagine myself paying full price. I got a good offer with Trip.com & cashback with ShopBack (my referral code is ”HvdYtl”). I do think the service was ok. Bell service is available even in the other building. The employees are accommodating. Checkin & checkout was fast. There are some good things to look forward to. Just don't expect too much."

"Hotel selesa sangat²!! Saya ambil King Suite Room, ada window view (view mamak depan hotel). Saya bawa hairdryer and steam iron, rupanya dekat hotel dah ada 🥰 Hotel pun guna steam iron philips. Area ironing siap ada penyangkut dan air untuk refill dalam iron. So far sangat selesa + staff semua friendly! Nak cari makan or pergi mall pun tak jauh dari hotel 😘"

"Good place for kid to play. For me, it good stay with water theme park and kid safari playground . Got buggy to bring u to room and also the theme park. Fee for theme park and playground need to be paid but acceptable. Really really good for kid to stay for 3days."

"Nice hotel..but this time need to put deposit for RM250 🥹 this my 3rd time stay this hotel..before this never put any deposit. Like hmm bcuz nowadys banyak hotel tidak ambil deposit. The pro..family room is big space. Bersih. I came for 4 person. Good! Towel..bantal..cawan ok utk 4 org. Tapi toiletries cuma 2 set shj 🥹 aircond sejuk bagus. Shower kuat.. great !! The cons.. 1st hotel i check TIADA SELIPAR di bilik and when i ask for selipar kena bayar rm 5 😅 mcm haaaa!! Sejuk kot lantai bilik. Then..my rooms at level 1.. atas bilik tak tahu ballroom atau apa..sangat bising dan boleh dgr org lari sana sini. Sangat menganggu utk berehat. I call reception minta tolong remain jgn bising sgt 😬 Breakfast just ok ok je. Tapi mcm tak berbaloi dgn harga. Tak bnyk pilihan dan rasa biasa je nyah 😂 Menang kat hotel ni pool dia besar dan banyak 😍🥰 utk yg ada kids nak main pool berbaloilah. Overoll ok je this hotel. Boleh repeat 😊"

"Pros - walking distance to transportation nodes, a local mall, a nice street and famous sate eateries - has windows - big room and toilet - 4 hangers for my clothes - nice toilet flooring and wall tiles Cons - no oral care complimentary - no shampoo complimentary - old blankets with holes but clean - old aircon - slow wifi - very slow gimmicky lift (i'm guessing a mobility lift turned into a passenger lift) Verdict I guess I can't complain much when i'm far away from the city centre and out of town in Kajang. Looking back maybe it is quite decent. Would I come back? Certainly, because it is right beside the MRT across the road. At the same time I would try to find a better hotel if I have my own vehicle."
