Anonymous UserThe room felt spacious and even had a kitchen and a dishwasher, which was a nice touch. However, the lighting was a bit dim. The hotel also has a laundry room, which was very convenient. Its location is excellent, right on a shopping street and just a 10-minute walk from the station and a supermarket.

Anonymous UserPositive: The location is great, and the room was clean. Negative: The water pressure in the bathroom was too low, and there was no shaving mirror. Nothing was prepared for the dog; we weren't offered a dog bed or bowl. What bothered us most was having to book a time slot for breakfast. However, it's understandable given the limited space. On the bright side, we were allowed to bring our dog to breakfast. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay. The view from the hotel was very nice.

The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need.
The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight.
There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers.
The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage.
The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol.
Will stay there again if I go next time.

Shirley JanssenA beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of the station and the city center just around the corner. A fifteen-minute tram ride from Scheveningen and a ten-minute bus ride to The Hague Market. Attractions like the Mauritshuis, Binnenhof, and Grote Markt are all within walking distance. Plenty of dining options; I felt like I was on vacation in Asia. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious and very clean, definitely better than your average European hotel. The location in the city center is super convenient for getting around. However, the hotel breakfast was pretty standard, and the restaurant was small with not much variety.

Elenka AngeThanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

My first time at the hotel was great. The second time, towels had a smell of some dog. After a shower, I also had a smell of that dog. When you go to shower you don't think about sniffing the towels, and then after shower you have no choice rather than just use what you have. Funny on one side, disgusting on the other. I understand that some guests can use towels to wipe their dogs, which is I think disrespectful to other guests, I would never do that, however hotel housekeeping stuff could notice this smell, and simply place normal ones. For some reason, they didn't do that.
Just an advice: smell towels in the hotels BEFORE you go to shower! Somewhat disappointed.

Guest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly! This is one of the few family-friendly hotels that truly lives up to its name. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of room for both children to sleep comfortably. The bar is also very pleasant and offers entertainment for kids. Breakfast was good, and the option to leave our luggage was ideal!

Guest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W
