"Overall, I really liked everything. The hosts are very pleasant and welcoming; they even gave us a cute box of cookies for Christmas, which was so sweet. They're always ready to help if you need anything, so I'll definitely be back. The rooms might not be the newest, but they don't charge exorbitant prices for them either. It's a good place!!! However, the photo of the beach right nearby is misleading."

"We traveled to Boracay for a short getaway and to celebrate my birthday, choosing Hennan Regency based on the appealing views we saw online. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for an overall pleasant stay. I would have rated it 5 out of 5. However, our spa experience fell short—while I was satisfied with my treatment, my mom was not. She felt that her requests were overlooked, and despite opting for the most expensive services, she didn’t find the experience worthwhile. Aside from this issue, everything else was quite good."

"We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices. A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops."

"We chose this hotel for its location – it’s right across the road from the seaport and only 7 minutes from the airport. Perfect for a layover or an early flight, that’s a huge plus. The hotel itself is new (or recently renovated), you can tell by the paintwork and furniture. The bedding is good, the room isn't tiny, and the shower is relatively spacious. The air conditioning blows powerfully. Nearby, in the building next door, there's a Watsons (cosmetics, all sorts of useful bits and bobs) and a 7/11 across the street – handy if you've forgotten something and need it urgently. On the downside, there's the food. There are absolutely no cafes nearby. It's either a local greasy spoon with trans fats (like a local KFC) or hot dogs from 7/11. You couldn't stay here for a week, but for an overnight stay – it's fine. There's no kettle in the room. You'd think it's no big deal since there's a water cooler on the floor. BUT! The hot water in the cooler on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go down the stairs to the next floor for boiling water. A minor inconvenience, but annoying. The next downside is the water in the shower. In the evening, there's simply none. Neither cold nor hot – just a drip, as if someone decided to save money. Want to wash up after your journey? Wait until 5 AM. That's when the water pressure wakes up with the roosters. (No kidding, that's what we did!) And then there's the elevator – that's a whole other story. Folks, it's a nightmare. The elevator constantly gets stuck and breaks down. We had to lug our huge suitcases up and down the stairs from the fourth floor – that was annoying enough. But in the morning, when we needed to leave urgently for the airport, we got stuck in the elevator with our suitcases. Just like a bad movie! I have a panic fear of getting stuck, and here we were, pressed for time, and thoughts of 'what if it's for a long time?' started creeping in. Anyway, thanks for fixing it, but it left a significant bad taste. Verdict: This hotel is a one-time stay – if you need to be close to the port and the airport. But only if you're lucky with the water and the elevator doesn't decide to give you an extreme experience. Management, the elevator is no laughing matter, it's a safety issue, please take action!!"

"First of all this is a hotel next to big truck parking which is active even during the night time. My room on the 6th floor was repainted white color but the quality of the repainting is low. On the wall you see that someone uses white color after repainting. Food on the rooftop is of a very high quality possible 4 star hotel. French toast is very good but Italian pizza Is average. The area is very poor and looks dangerous as well road looks like in African poor counties but I use a tricycle to come from the port and to the airport."

"This hotel is currently running in soft opening mode as the rooftop area is currently under construction to provide a rooftop bar and an increased gym area. I stayed in one of the suites and had a wonderful time at Mandarin Bay right at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the transportation service offered at a reasonable price is worth it."

"Rating Shore Time in general since we had to be transferred to their station 1 branch due to ongoing renovations. Excellent choice whether it be the D’Mall location or Station 1. Strategic location and the amenities are good. The Station 1 branch has an Andok’s just a few steps away and a 24 hour cafe. It also is about 60 steps away from the beach. All in all, this was a refreshing experience as it was our first time staying at a location that was not at the beachfront and we will probably be staying here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back."

"We stayed here for three nights. The first room we stayed didn’t have a window (room 106). As I am claustrophobic, I asked for a different room, the front desk staff kindly accommodated my need from the second day on. It seems that they have several rooms that don’t have a window, so if you are like me, please let them know in advance. The location is convenient as it’s close to station 2. While the majority of station 1 hotels are more secluded and quiet, this hotel was never so as it’s located at the main boat station and there are tons of tourists hanging around the property. There are lounge chairs, but those are often used by the tourists who were waiting for their boat to arrive. The breakfast was mixture of Filipino and Chinese food. Different selection everyday but still ok. The room was dated but we appreciated the fridge and air conditioner. The beach mats and towels were available for free and that was also nice. The best thing about this hotel was the staff！ They tried their best to accommodate the guests’ needs. We enjoyed our stay because of them."
