"This hotel is new, very clean, and affordable for a family trip to Panglao Island. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's about a 10-minute Tuk Tuk ride to Alona Beach and only around 5 minutes to a lovely resort called Oceanica, where we paid for a day pass. If you're looking for some exercise, you can also take a 15-minute walk to Libaong White Beach early in the morning. While the hotel isn't located in the center, there are always Tuk Tuks waiting outside, and jeepneys are available if you want to go to Tagbilaran. For breakfast, we paid 350 pesos per adult, with kids charged half price. They offer both Filipino and Western dishes, but we especially loved the ”Champorado,” a porridge made with pure cacao. Everything is definitely worth the price, and I would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Panglao."

"Pros - the overall standard isn’t far off the lines of JW Marriot in the Maldives - great views from the sea view villa - attentive staff who are more than happy to help. - the beach is is combed every day and free from litter. - the ocean is shallow far out making it ideal for children Cons - A woeful number of loungers. You can’t get on one at all for the day if you aren’t up early enough. - Hit and miss food and room service ends at 21:30 - Drones and people filming on the beach making it surprisingly difficult to relax. - Buffet is just okay.. for example the only fruit available is papaya and watermelon."

"What an amazing find! Location is quiet with good rooms and lots to do there. The views from the restaurant are fantastic and the food is also excellent. The breakfast is nice and we had an early check out at 4am and they even left a breakfast for us to take without us asking which was a lovely touch! The shop is great with local gifts made on site and the coconut ice cream is so so so good (spicy ginger especially amazing)! The rooms are a great size and comfy with good AC. Hot water wasn’t great but after a day in the sun a colder shower was welcome. The only thing lacking here is a beach but there are drivers outside the farm to take you around or they can organise a trip/ scooter rental. In this price range, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Will definitely be back. Thank you"

"The location is remote, but the hotel has a tuktuk (actually a Tricyle) for $400. If you have large luggage, the hotel can also send a tour bus for a fee of $1700. The hotel provides motorcycle rental or charter services. Since I rented a car and drove myself, you can ask the hotel for other fees. There is free parking but after 10 o'clock, the hotel staff will close the door and you can ask them to open it or open it yourself. The advantage is that it is quiet because it is remote. All the guests who checked in that day were European tourists. Fortunately, there was no party so it didn't feel noisy. I have to complain that the door lock is really bad. "The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all needs were met promptly. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, perfect for both relaxation and family stays. The on-site dining options were great, offering a variety of food that can be customizable preferably to your food preferences (especially if you have food allergies). Their Chef is very considerate when I asked to just make a pork soup instead of Sinigang na Baboy from the menu due to my GERD. Breakfast had plenty of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, Noah's Ark Hotel is more than just a place to sleep — it's an experience in itself. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this hotel offers a fun and cozy retreat that’s worth checking out."

"I lived in a mixed gender dormitory this time, I don't know much about other room types. The mixed gender dormitory is still very good, and I feel very quiet. If my English is good, I can make many overseas friends. The hotel feels very quiet and welcoming. Although the pool is small, I still use it for a long time and hope that I can pass SSI Level 1!
