"Wie wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer auch schon früher beziehen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und das Licht war defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man kann auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Trotzdem können wir das Appartement empfehlen und auch wieder hier übernachten."

"I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this. All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon. The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station. I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you"

Room Quality Linens: The towels are noticeably dated and in need of replacement Infrastructure: Air conditioning systems are subpar Noise Insulation: Virtually non-existent, particularly problematic given the hotel's location Noise Issues Upper Floors: Clearly audible gym classes from the shopping center First Floor: Additional disturbance from restaurant and bar equipment (mixers and other kitchen equipment) Overall: Inadequate soundproofing throughout the property Dining Experience Breakfast Quality: Decent but basic Beverages: Filtered coffee only (no espresso options or cappuccinos) Positives: Fresh fruit juices available Food Safety Concern: Cold cuts and cheeses are not properly refrigerated (not kept on ice or cooled), raising concerns in the hot climate Staff General Demeanor: Kind and courteous Responsiveness: Very attentive when directly engaged Breakfast Service: Staff frequently distracted by personal cell phones, creating an unprofessional impression Value Assessment Despite its five-star classification, this hotel delivers an experience more aligned with a good three-star establishment. "Das Zimmer war hervorragend und der Ausblick vom Schreibtisch (Arbeitsplatz) phänomenal. Auch der Pool ist eine Augenweide. Wie auch das Steakrestaurant nebenan. Einziges Manko für mich: Das Frühstück. Ich habe schon einige Hotels in Asuncion besucht und das Frühstück in diesem Hotel ist für meinen Geschmack allenfalls passabel. Die Rühreier waren ungenießbar (was mir auch meine Begleitung bestätigt hat), es gab keinen Speck und selbst der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Folglich habe ich mich auf Kuchen / Süßteile und Obst beschränkt. Hier ist definitiv noch viel Luft nach oben. Ansonsten aber top."

"Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Empfehlung im Hotel. Die Lage ist top, der Pool schön und die Zimmer auch. Es ist alles sehr sauber… schade dass es am Pool keine Getränke gibt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ein Zimmer abseits der Straße ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Internet funktioniert gut. Insgesamt alles bestens."

"Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück einfach dafür das Buffet am Mittag sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut in der Nähe vom Präsidentenpalast, Strand, Migraciones etc."
