Trash cans are provided in each bathroom. Please take the trash out when you leave or when the trash is excessive. It can be deposited in the larger regular trash recycling bins provided at the rear of the property8. ParkingThere is a designated private parking pad located in the rear of the property that can hold up to 6 cars. There is also limited street parking available9. SecurityFor the property entrance electronic lock, located in the rear of the property, to enter, enter your 6 digit code and the lock should open. To lock the rear property door, you have 2 options to lock:a. Once the door is closed, push the lock icon located on the bottom right side of the lockb. Once the door is closed, enter your 6 digit code and the door will lock.To unlock your bedroom door:1. Press the darkened keypad once to light up the digits on the keypad2. Then, enter your 6 digit code3. Then, press the # sign and the lock should open. The bedroom elock will automatically lock within one minute of unlock.11. A 65" Smart TV is provided on the property. No streaming services are provided but you may access your streaming services by logging into your applications on the Smart TV12.
