The main floor laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and has access to a back deck with stairs to the back yard. The lower level of the home can be accessed from interior stairs or from an outside entrance. It has the "horse lovers" bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom has both a queen and twin size beds. There is a full bath, kitchenette and lower great room. ATVs are available to rent in Hurricane for exploring Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Toroweap Overlook.
