It has a large living space with lots of sitting room to sit around the wood fire place or put on the game and put your feet up. Crack a window and you can enjoy the sound of Tusquitte Creek. Have a North Carolina Fishing License you can step out your back door for some Trout Fishing. High Speed Fiber Optics Internet.There are (2) large tables so you can enjoy your home cooked meal or if you prefer, throwing a steak or a veggie burger on the grill we are fully equipped for that too.The neighborhood is small and quiet. A perfect place to take walks or just sit on the front porch in the rockers or glider and take in the views. On a hot summer day what's better than putting your tube in the creek and splashing about with the kids? Enjoy your time in Hayesville at our fabulous cabin. On a cold winter day, you can enjoy a crackly fire with plenty of chairs to go around.It is a perfect place for a vacation getaway. Welcome to our home! From our deck you have a wonderful view of Lake Chatuge. We are just a few miles from the grocery store, beautiful jackrabbit hiking and biking trails, and the charming Hayesville town square. From the house you can walk right down the hill (it’s steep!) to the lake and enjoy the dock as the sun goes down or jump right in the water when the sun comes up! There are great places on the lake to rent canoes, jet skis, and boats. If you are bringing a personal boat you can dock it at our dock but please let us know before hand. We are only 5 minutes from the Ledford chapel boat launch. All boating and dock access is at your own risk.Master bathroom has a king sized bed, walk in shower and double sinks. The living room is inviting with plenty of seating for movie watching or book reading. It is adorned with cozy house plants, art, and a smart tv. Since we live here we have lots of books around for you to enjoy- just please don’t take them with you when you go. You’ll find that this is our actual home so we have photos of our friends and family as well as art and decor that is not quite generic- some might even say funky. Large kitchen table for dining. Stainless steel appliances. Lots of kitchen items including pots and pans, plenty of dishware, blenders, spices etc. Guest rooms have queen beds and one has a desk and chair and can be used as a functioning office. There’s even a monitor if you need to get some work done. But we hope you work less and swim more. We have all new mattresses and have pressure washed the deck.Dogs welcome. The yard is not fenced so be mindful of how far they roam. Lake view and lakes access home , the home has gorgeous views of the lake from most of the rooms. Just a two minute walk to the lake. Home is located in a beautiful older neighborhood. It’s on a quiet cove that is perfect to paddle board on. We have two paddle boards we provide for your use. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms plus a large additional living room in the basement you will have plenty of room for your entire family or group. Will park 5 cars easily. Access to the home is very easy ,with no steep driveways. Huge front porch overlooking the lake. 3.9 miles from downtown hayesville. 13 miles from downtown Hiawassee. Two of the three bedrooms upstairs have beautiful views of the lake as well as the living room and kitchen. We also have a patio in the front of the house that is perfect for grilling.
