Rollins Creek Side Retreat sits on 14 beautiful acres, we are at the very end of a dead end road. The property is very private. We have Cadron Creek that runs the whole length of the back of property along with Betits Mountain. The cabin is a two story with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We have double decks and a spiral staircase that connects the two decks. We have a beautiful lit up metal gazebo with fire pit. We are also 1.5 mile from Cove Creek Campground that is on Greers Ferry Lake. The campground has two boat ramps and huge parking lot for trucks and trailers. They also have spots to pull your boat on the bank and park and tie off for the weekend. They have a nice swim beach as well. One of our favorites things about our cabin is how private we get to enjoy the lake and come back to the cabin after a long day on the water and enjoy time with each other and the privacy. We are also 25 minutes from Fair Field Bay SXS trails. Fair Field Bay has plenty of hiking trails. Heber Springs is short drive and has all your shopping needs and grocery and several restaurants. They have a small movie theater and skating rink. Quitman is very close and has restaurants and few shopping options. Quitman has a Dollar General. There is a fish hatchery up from the famous Little Red River which is a short drive with the best trout fishing. Collins Creek trail is a must see. You are more than welcome to bring your SXS or Atv and trailer to trails. We also don’t mind riding on our property. The community is ATV friendly. We also don’t mind hunting and there is a Cherokee WMA right up the road. Both our decks over look the Cadron creek. Wake up and enjoy the creek! Just the driveway and grass/dirt areas only. There is a Trampoline see safety rules posted at the home.Minutes from a boat launch. Great for walking or riding bikes in the area. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Heber Springs and Sandy Beach about 25 minutes away. Hiking trails in the area. Rock diving in the lake at the Dam and rentals for boats or canoes available at different marinas depending on the time of the year and at different locations around Greers Ferry Lake. Private residence upstairs so no wild parties but feel free too enjoy your stay! This 1990’s era manufactured home has been totally renovated to create a clean, comfortable, functional and attractive place to spend a vacation. The interior is a delight, but there are great outdoor spaces as well. There's a covered back porch, a patio for grilling, a deck with a hot tub overlooking The Little Red River, and a dock on the river. It feels like it's away from it all, but it's within 15 minutes of Greer's Ferry Lake and the town of Heber Springs.There’s a wheelchair ramp that makes the space very accessible, and the interior is extremely roomy. All the bedrooms are outfitted with new mattresses and are equipped with televisions. The appliances are all new and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The Wifi is strong and makes for an excellent place to engage in both work and play. If you are wanting to accommodate a larger group, The River House, is our other property and is right next door.
