This rental has everything you need for a family vacation, couples getaway, or fishing trip. The gulf is a short distance via the canal (tidal, this means on low tide there is no water) beside the house. There is a fish cleaning station with water, outdoor shower, tiki bar with small fridge (our favorite spot), space for one car, and a swing on the concrete slab beneath the house. There is three additional parking spaces in front of the house and a long parking space that will accommodate a truck and boat trailer. Only 12 stairs up, the home has a wrap around deck on three sides with a gas grill. You can see the sun and moon rise from the deck. The entry also has a screened in deck if you choose to eat outside. NO PETS ALLOWED. The home has a nautical theme with vinyl wood like floors throughout, white distressed furniture and beautiful wall hangings. It sleeps up to 6 people with 2 full baths. There are 2 bedrooms, and a queen size air mattress. The kitchen has everything you need, including , toaster, 1 cup pod coffee maker, microwave, blender, and crockpot.
