"There is a king bed in Shanghai, the hotel environment is very quiet, the pool is not able to swim the water is particularly dirty, probably because it is cold in June and has not been open. It's good to sleep here and can't hear the sound of the plane. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Because the base of the kettle is lost, I don't know if I can boil water, but hot water can also be provided here, hygiene is generally OK, but the price is OK."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. Room/bathroom was clean and, had a full size fridge and kitchen. Customer service was accommodating and pleasant. Laundry room has 4 washers and 8 dryers! Very, very, convenient. Our 2 full beds had clean sheets/pillows and was comfortable. Only issue was the dish network kept losing signal but, I don't blame the hotel for that. Over all experience was exceptional and we're vary satisfied during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff (especially Dazza) for a great customer service."
