The open concept kitchen boasts brand new appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare great meals with local ingredients. There is a gas grill as well.The master suite has a wing all its own with stone flooring and bathroom, all on the wrap around back deck that leads down to the lakeshore. Under the deck are two kayaks and a paddle board.There is a guest room with full bed, as well as an additional full bathroom. There are two comfy couches in the living room, one of which is a queen pull-out, for additional sleep space if needed.There are two desks, one in the living room and one in the master suite, for those who need to work while away. There's also a den featuring a large flat-screen tv and cushy seating. Installed in 2022, there are two AC/heat pump mini split units to keep you comfortable no matter the season.Installed in 2023, a new wood burning fireplace insert provides both warmth and ambience as we open the Chalet for winter bookings!Dogs are welcome at the Champlain Chalet, and there are food/water bowls and pet beds for use.
