We do see individual park overnight for fishing.BoatingThere is a public boat ramp two houses down. You can bring your boat and tie up alongside the doc. We do store our boats on property as well.Quite HoursWe do request that you do not play music outside, between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Although our neighbors are cool people, we do want to be respectful of their enjoyment. They are full-time residents.WifiWe do have wifi on property. Sometime the service can be spotty. We have seen wifi issues in the guest house. If wifi is very important to you, you may want to bring a hotspot or use your phone. Our unit is the perfect fit for a total of 8 adults. Sleeps 2 in the master bedroom and 6 in the second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bunk bed. Full size blowup mattress in closet to be used in living room as well. Bathrooms are both stocked with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. Beach towels and sand toys included as well. Kitchen is stocked with needed items to cook meals including spices. Coffee pot and coffee will be in cabinet, but bring your favorite flavors if desired. Lake LBJ is one of the largest constant level lakes in the U.S. and is ideal for water-skiing, jet-skiing, boating and fishing. The lake house is in a no wake zone in the cove which is great for swimming and docking boats and personal watercraft. Guests love the super-sized boat and fishing dock. The oversized dock has plenty of room for everyone and is the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, dancing, or just relaxing and enjoying the activity on the lake. The dock also has a water slide or you can have fun kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Please bring your own life vest and lake towels. The water near the shore is shallow enough for smaller children to wade and gradually gets deeper. You will enjoy the freshness and cleanliness of this home. It is kept in excellent condition. The kitchen comes completely equipped. All you need to bring are your food and drinks. The living room has a 50 inch TV and plenty of seating for everyone. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 32 inch TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunks, one with full-sized mattress on bottom.
