This a beautiful beach front home that has been recently renovated and we just added a pool and new huge pavered patio and pool! The pool does have a heater for those chillier times of year (fees apply). This house features 4 bedrooms and three baths. There are three bedrooms with king size beds, two of which have sliding glass doors that go out to the upstairs beach front deck. The fourth bedroom has a bunkbed with a trundle bed under it, and a chair that pulls out to a twin mattress, so plenty of room for the kids. There is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is brand new and is in a huge open floor plan to the living room looking at the beach. It also has a large laundry room upstairs. On the ground level of the home we just added a large pavered area with a fire pit right in the dunes, that ties right into the pool area great for entertaining. Also there is a beach path for easy access with your wagon or even golf cart! It has two large decks to enjoy the fresh air and great view from sunrise to sunset! The Indian Pass raw bar is about a mile down the road, great place to get your oyster fix and serve yourself some local beer. Also PortSt. Joe is a great little town about twenty minutes to the west. It has a lot to offer with grocery store, restraunts, and shops. In the other direction to the east is Appalachacola which is a quaint little fishing village also with many shops and restaurants. They also have a brewery there with great beer. We are very close to many boat ramps and a state park which is beautiful! Theres plenty to do or you can just relax on our very quiet beaches.
