The beautiful white sand beach is a 2 minute walk across the street, with private access for guests and owners! There is a boat launch with boat slips, so no loading and unloading that boat during your stay. Each unit has access to 2 parking spaces, and there is overflow trailer parking onsite. The property is on the lagoon, and has a fishing pier with swings, a BBQ pavilion with charcoal grills, tables and a swimming pool that overlooks the lagoon! While you are here you will have access to beach chairs, a kayak, life jackets and some sand toys! All linens are provided, even the beach towels! Just grab your fishing pole and swimsuit, we have the rest, fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. A king sized bed in the master bedroom with a My Pillow topper. A queen sized Murphy bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer and toilet paper. Much care has been taken to ensure that our guests have what they need for a comfortable stay.
