Our property is located on the top floor with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets to take your breath away. For skiers, walk 100 feet to the Ski Shuttle and you are on your way to Stagecoach or Boulder. You can actually walk down to the Boulder lift. Recently renovated with brand new vinyl wood floors throughout. Updated master loft bathroom with large walk in shower with Carrara tile, upgraded sink, 2nd vanity area outside of bathroom to allow two people to get ready. Loft area has a Californian King bed and has been upgraded to have a sliding pocket door with open cut out for viewing during the day. At night there is an electronic rolling shade for complete privacy to sleep.Downstairs kitchen has been upgraded with new stove/oven and refrigerator, pantry and fully stocked kitchen for cooking.Living area has a beautiful wood table with benches on each side to seat six people. The close proximity of our condo to these lodges can be viewed by clicking the map on our vacation rental listing. Heavenly Ski Resort shuttle is available for guests to take to these lodges (lifts) with the shuttle stop being a convenient 2-3-minute walk from the condo at the intersection of Boulder Court and Tramway Drive.FUN ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS:As our guest, you'll also get FREE access to the Tahoe Village hot tub and swimming pool - which is only a 3-minute walk from our condo building (Please note the pool and hot tub will be closed beginning July 21, 2025 for renovations; the re-opening date is TBD). “Heavenly Villa” is a cute little 1 bed/2 bath condo, in South Lake Tahoe, (Kingsbury) - sleeps 4, (queen bed, 1 full, 1 twin ) - the bunk room is a “walk thru” room to get to the Master bedroom, therefore more ideal for a family with children (Full bed on bottom/twin on top bunks), close to Heavenly Mountains, Boulder & Stagecoach Lodges, for the best skiing in the winter and awesome hiking/biking trails in the summer. There is the Heavenly shuttle that drop off at lodges and the BlueGo bus service. The condo is a short 10 minute drive down into the Heavenly Village, casinos, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. There is a local Mini-Mart and Fox & Hound Sports Bar and community pool and hottub within walking distance.The hottub and pool are operated by the Tahoe Village Association, and you are welcome to use them. (Unfortunately we have no control over hours of operation and/or if anything is not working).
