From the parking area, guests must navigate 6 steps down (with railings on both sides), followed by approximately 12 feet of uneven natural stone/rocky path (no railing). The fire pit area is accessible either by a full deck staircase or natural stone stairs outside the front of the home. The path to the beach is a natural trail and may include vegetation overgrowth and uneven terrain. Proper footwear is recommended. The office also flexes to another bedroom, if needed, with a queen-sized pull out. There are 3.5 bathrooms, but please note that only one of them is an en-suite. To Eat:The kitchen is large, and fully equipped, and the dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating available at the counter. There is also a separate private kitchenette area in the house if needed. To Play:This house has plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained, from a game room with a ping pong table, a foosball table, an indoor electronic basketball game, board games to a kids play area with toys just for the little ones. The Two Harbors Light House, the Harbor and Castle Danger Brewery is approximately 10 easy blocks away. The Harbor is the perfect location to watch the ships come in... The space is perfect for 2-6 adults, and still room for the kids!The Polished Pebble Cottage, is a two-story home built in 1931. The cottage has undergone extensive interior renovations in 2021 and is all you will need to make memories on the North Shore. Enjoy all the charm with modern amenities!The home is professionally cleaned and has 2 full bathrooms, both equipped with Jacuzzi tubs to take your stress away! One bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor and the 2nd is located off the master bedroom upstairs. Please note that they are combination Jacuzzi tub and shower units, so you will need to step into the tub to use the shower. - The entire house is included in this rental, except for the basement and one supply closest that are locked.- You will be given your own custom keypad code for easy access.- There is off street parking in alley for 2 cars.
