Exit the master bedroom walk down the hallway and find the guest bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower. Go further down the hall and you will find the guest bedroom with a full over full bunkbed with a pull out trundle. Additionally there is a stacked washer and dryer in the guest bedroom. Back to the garage there are plenty of beach toys to take to the beach and you are just steps from the junior olympic size swimming pool. Amenities of the community include restaurant and tiki bar.
