GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Garbage & trash attract wildlife, which could endanger you & damage the property.All garbage & trash is disposed of into trash bags, placed within the animal resistant trash bin, & with the lid securely closed. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time.
