"I sent my daughter to Smith College nearby for summer school. I stayed in this hotel for three days before the end of the course. As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the cleanliness here: it was too clean! Every corner was almost spotless. Because I stayed at the Boston Airport Hilton Hotel for one night before coming here, and the cleanliness there made me complain. So I was surprised that every corner here was so clean. The breakfast variety is also good for such a small hotel. The hotel is also equipped with a laundry room, a gym, and even a small swimming pool. One day after breakfast, I went to the public bathroom on the first floor and found that it was so clean, and there was no water stain on the countertop. When I checked out, I applied for a delay of one hour, and the front desk helped me with it without hesitation. In fact, checking out at 12 o'clock was considered relatively late in the hotel. I don't know if I will have the opportunity to come to Northampton in the future. If I come, this will definitely be the hotel I choose."

"I recently booked this hotel to send my children to Smith College for summer school. I didn't expect that the room was extremely small, and the second floor can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator, so I had to carry such heavy luggage up the stairs. On the second day, no one cleaned up. When I told the front desk, he said that the cleaning person had left. I asked to at least change the towels. This request was still met. It turns out that the cleaning person is not exclusive to the hotel. . There is also very little variety in breakfast. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. When I came back to pick up the kids, I changed hotels."
