Less than 5 mins from Lake Casitas with a water park and of coarse 10 mins to Ventura beach 5 mins to downtown Ojai.At the end of a quite cul de sac and a few short steps to the bike path that will take you all the way to the beach or up into Ojai.Beach leisurely bike ride 45 mins. I have electric bikes ($10 each) for the duration of your stay.Ventura Spirits is right on the trail where you can learn about the art of distillery and try a flight. Art city is another stop before the beach you’ll find amazing creativity.Watch as the two mini donkeys play together kicking up dust, or they watch you as you lounge outside hoping you'll give them a cookie.
