This custom built home is in quiet exclusive Lake community. You arrive thru the front door to overlooking the lake and your own private pool. You'll want to pour a glass of wine and let the stress disappear overlooking the amazing view and beautiful sunsets. In the mornings, take a swim in your private pool. This home has over 3800 sq. ft., sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably . The master has a romantic fireplace, your own private deck over looking the lake. The kitchen offers all the you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends, along with a outdoor grill. One huge living room that makes any family time enjoyable with floor to ceiling view of the lake. There are restrictions from the HOA, please NO commercial events and NO parties of any kind. This home is for family and friends that want to enjoy a relaxing and fun time. Because of HOA, NO boats, trailers, RV can be parked in the neighborhood, I have made arrangements for those that need to park any boat, trailer, or RV within walking distance from the house. The finished basement with two full bathrooms and a bedroom is equipped with a projector screen, games, bumper pool/poker table, and sauna.
