Welcome to Cozy Bear Lodge where you can relax and enjoy the mountains! The lodge is located within 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance and conveniently located right off of the Great Smoky Mountain Expressway, which leads to Bryson City, Sylva, Waynesville, and Lake Junaluska! With Cherokee being the next town over, you can enjoy the Native American culture of the arts, stores, restaurants, and Harrah's Casino!Enjoy the rocking chairs, cook on the grill, or rest in the hot tub on the back deck, or play checkers in the cozy corner of the living room or sit around the electric fireplace and watch a movie! Head down to the lower level and play foosball, ping pong, practice your putting, or play a boardgame! The lodge has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a private loft with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the main level and a half bathroom on the lower level. Also on the lower level is a washer and dryer if you need. Cozy Bear is the top most property on Casey's Mountain, so enjoy some privacy being surrounded by trees! There is also a winter mountain view to enjoy from the large windows in the living room and dining area!Due to being close to the expressway and having all the local places easily accessible, you may hear some traffic noises while enjoying the deck. You might also be able to hear the steam train go by on the tracks that run along the Tuckasegee River!
