The swivel chairs are a perfect spot to sit by the large window overlooking the lake: it truly is a beautiful view!The shoreline is described by many as the best fishing spot on this 544-acre lake. Pan fish are easily caught right off the dock. Muskie and bass are also frequently caught right out in front of the unit. The lake is fully recreational and has plenty of crappies, perch, walleyes, and northern pike. There is a newly-remodeled, heated fish cleaning house for you to use after a successful day of fishing!Connect to the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail and the St. Germain ATV Club Trail at the end of our private road. We also provide direct access to the lake in the winter for snowmobilers. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate your trailers, too.The St. Germain area is located halfway between Eagle River and Minocqua and is known for its many summer and winter activities. An immaculate 18-hole golf course is located nearby along with another 9-hole course and a par-3 course.
