OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT. If Guests does not know how to properly use and/or operate any Equipment, ‎Guests will contact Owners for instructions. Any damage caused to Equipment through Guests ‎misuse will be the Guests’ responsibility. ‎6. NOISE AND DISTURBANCES. Guests will behave in a civilized manner and will be a ‎good neighbor, respecting the rights of surrounding property owners and guests. Guests will not ‎disturb, annoy, endanger, and/or interfere with surrounding property owners and guests. If ‎excessive noise or disturbances occurs resulting in notification by police or neighbors, all ‎Guests may be asked to vacate the Property and will forfeit the reservation and all rental fees.‎7. INDEMNIFICATION. Owners shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the ‎Guests or to the Guests’ personal property located upon the Property, including (without ‎limitation) all furniture, fixtures and equipment, except in the event of Owners’ gross ‎negligence or willful misconduct, and Guests hereby agree to indemnify, defend, protect, save ‎and hold the Property and Owners harmless from and against any and all claims or assertions of ‎every kind and nature arising as a result of the use of the Property by Guests. The foregoing ‎indemnity shall perpetually survive the expiration of the term of the rental agreement unless ‎otherwise agreed to in writing by Owners.‎‎8. LIMITATION OF OWNERS’ LIABILITY.
