The cabin sits on 1 acre with lots of outdoor space to hang out. You’ll follow a winding dirt road for almost a mile until you get to the house. The inside is small but cozy with a loft upstairs and a pull out sofa downstairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook almost any meal. There is a propane grill plus a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided.) For those looking to fish- Gill's Ferry Boat Launch is just minutes away, a small covered boat slip provided plus a fish cleaning table & sink. There is a community boat ramp at the end of the road, making it the perfect destination for boaters and fishermen. Note: We just replaced the boat straps in the larger boat slip with a "cradle" lift that can handle both fishing boats and pontoons up to 8500 lbs.The house itself has two units (with separate entrances). The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a large kitchen and living area. The downstairs unit has a small kitchen, bath, and a large living/sleeping area complete with a futon (full-size bed) and 3 twin beds. Both units have a television and DVD player. A backup generator services both upstairs and down, so you will never be without power! A tankless water heater ensures there is enough hot water for everyone. This spot is for people who want to get away from it all. There is no cable, but local broadcast channels are available via an antenna, as well as Roku streaming. Wifi (2G/5G) is available via HughesNet satellite internet which can sometimes be slow. A hotspot is recommended if fast internet service is crucial.
