There is a great loft with a nice pool table, ping pong, foosball, high end furnishings, and a 65 inch 4k television.This space is very open and appealing...great for a couple getting away or a larger group. The loft opens on both sides to the living and dinning areas and the 65" TV can be seen from all the way across the house. The garage has Foosball and Shuffleboard.You'll get the whole house....in fact you likely won't ever even see us as we'll give you a key code before you arrive and you'll just check yourself out when you leave.We're always available by phone and email if you have questions about the house or Austin.Great neighborhood with tons of hiking trails, sand volleyball, and an old settlers park.Easy access to Mopac and I35 or you could take the Metro Rail downtown from the Howard Station which is 1 mile away.This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud music, parties, and any other activities that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. If this is your intent, please look elsewhere.We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $99 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.Pool heating fee varies based on season and length of stay (feel free to ask).For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). We are new to VRBO but has been hosting for 3+ years with hundreds of reviews! Have fun with the whole family at this newly renovated stylish home in a family friendly neighborhood. The property includes a Pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong table, arcade machines also equipped with indoor/outdoor bar area, kamodo Joe BBQ , and outdoor dining/sitting area.The home is less than 10 minutes away from the Domain, O2 stadium, and many other located attractions.The spaceWelcome to my humble home. This is the vacation of my wife, my baby Sofia, and I. We travel between Austin and the Bay Area. We hope you can treat our home like your own!———- Important!!! Due to recent noise complaints by nearby neighbors - we have realized that the pool and jacuzzi is really close to our neighbors. It is really just a loud conversation in bothering our kind neighbors. There will be no pool or jacuzzi usage at the property after 10pm!!!Our home features 3 bedrooms plus a guest/game house that sleeps 4 additional people. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well.The kitchen has everything you will need. One cool thing about the kitchen is that it has a window that opens out into the patio, and serves as an open bar. All of the glassware on the property are glass and unbreakable. This is for the safety of all the guest in case of broken glass in the pool.The covered patio has a dining table that folds out into a pool table and ping pong table. There is also an old fashion popcorn machine in the patio with popcorn ready to be made. Please be aware that this machine may need to be cleaned before and after each use.The house also feature a salt water swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Both the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are maintained weekly.There are 3 Amazon fire tv on premise that all includes free access to HBO, YouTubetv, Amazon video, Disney, ESPN+, and Hulu.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire home! There is a keyless code entry to the main house.Other things to notePlease note that there are blink security cameras on premise. These cameras are located at different entrance locations.
