The Dakota Hogan, AKA “RW Hogan,” is a custom-designed, 4-bedroom home at the top of Edelweiss Mountain. The cabin’s namesake, “Hogan,” refers to its design, modeled after the traditional dwelling of the Navajo people. With a traditional wood fireplace in the center of the home and a front door facing east to welcome the rising sun, this eight-sided home has wrap-around decks that offer panoramic views across the Black Hills.The Hogan is entirely wood inside and out with beautiful hardwood flooring, custom spiral staircases, and is adorned with Native American artwork and textiles from the owners’ personal collection.
