The room is nice. It is a castle-style hotel with a medieval castle style. The hotel service is very good. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and the breakfast variety is rich.

Staff here was very nice. It is not walkable to downtown Inverness but if you have a car it works well. Good breakfast options and room was nice size. We stayed in the new building, only complaint was that there was a green safety light above the window that shown brightly the entire night and kept us both up. UGH!

A very nice hotel. Had everything we needed except....air conditioning during some pretty warm times in Scotland. I did not want to open a window since no screen was present on the window. A fan was provided which helped some but a long hot night. I understand the air conditioning is not preset on most hotels in the Highlands. Everything else is fine.

The staff was very friendly and helped arrange transportation into town. This hotel is about a ten minute drive away from everything. The room was very large and clean.

The staff were great and went over and above my expectations to assist with dinner bookings taxi reservations etc
The breakfasts were a bit hit and miss depending upon which chef was working.
